The RAV4 EV is an all-electric SUV which combines an innovative powertrain with all the strengths of the RAV4 SUV.The RAV4 EV is an electric four-door compact sport utility vehicle available in one trim. Powered by an advanced electric motor with 154-hp the RAV4 EV includes peak torque of 273 lb-ft in Sport mode. Standard features include a liquid-cooled battery, push-button start, LED low-beam projector headlamps, seat heaters, climate control, AM/FM/Satellite radio with Entune, and an 8-inch Intellitouch touch screen with navigation. Safety features include six airbags and the STAR safety system with stability control, traction control, and brake assist. Toyota Safety Connect, which includes emergency assistance, roadside assistance, and stolen vehicle locator, is also standard.The RAV4 EV is all-new for 2012.
